Ritz London Cigars Shop & Sampling Lounge offers the perfect setting to sample a cigar indoors, chosen from our prestigious selection. The lounge pays tribute to some of the hotel’s iconic guests from past and present, including Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill, actors Charlie Chaplin and Sir Roger Moore, who all shared a passion for the finest cigars. The cigar shop and sampling lounge is open daily, from 11.00am to 8.00pm, with access from the main hotel lobby.
Whilst visiting Ritz London Cigars, you can purchase and taste a wide range of limited-edition and premium cigars, including Ritz London Cigars’ range of twelve cigars varying in sizes.
The Ritz cigar lounge in London is adorned with plush leather, quintessentially British furnishings, and an art-deco inspired interior, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment to enjoy exceptional cigars.
Our team are on hand to curate the ultimate tasting experience for you. They will guide you through to our hand-crafted walk-in humidor where you can explore our wide range. A selection of cigar accessories, including cutters, lighters, ashtrays and humidors, as well as a collection of some of the finest blends of Scotch whisky, cognac and rum are also available to purchase. We work diligently to source the latest and best regional, limited editions and vintage cigars on the market for you.

Ritz London Cigars also offers private lockers available within the humidor where guests can exclusively acquire one of the limited, secure lockers.
Reflecting the elegant nature of the lounge, Ritz London Cigars has a dress code as follows: Smart casual attire, however, please kindly note that trainers, sportswear, and shorts are not permitted.
THE RITZ LONDON CIGAR RANGE
Ritz London Cigars effortlessly embody the values The Ritz London is renowned for. The lines offer medium and medium to full-bodied legacy cigars; well balanced and steeped in the character, tradition and intensity shared by The Ritz and the third-generation Cuban artisans who work diligently to make the finishing product.
All our cigars are hand-rolled in the Dominican Republic, using only the finest tobacco from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil and Mexico. Tobacco scoured from the Dominican Republic is grown by one of the finest in the country, Jose Matias Maragoto a third-generation Cuban tobacco grower whose passion and dedication to the crop is evident in the smoke.
By sourcing tobacco from different origins, it allows our Master Blender, Maurice Koks to create complex blends for a most elegant smoke. Maurice has over 25 years of experience in producing cigars and takes inspiration from his passion for music as he compares making a cigar to creating music.
OUR PROCESS
Each cigar consists of a wrapper, binder and filler; wrappers and binders must be moist during the production process so that the vein can be removed from the leaf. The tobacco is then handed to the rollers to craft the cigars. The fillers on the other hand must remain dry so that the correct amount of tobacco is rolled in each cigar. The production team ensures that unused tobacco is sent off to other ateliers and used rather than disposed of making our process sustainable; it is important to us that as much of the leaf is used and the only part of the leaf that is disposed of is the vein that is removed from the wrapper and binder.
