In charge of creating magnificent Michelin-starred menus, from breakfast to and dinner is our Executive Chef, John Williams MBE, who is passionate about using the best seasonal British ingredients.

Buying organic beef from the Cornish moors, lamb from the Lake District, and succulent lobsters from South West Scotland, our Executive Chef and his team sustainably source the finest, freshest ingredients from around the country for our restaurant’s menus.

As the sun pours in from the dining room’s grand windows, delight in unparalleled grandeur with our refined Michelin Star dining experience in one of Mayfair’s most elegant Michelin-starred restaurants.

Live entertainment is provided on Friday and Saturday evenings, with an additional entertainment charge of £55 per person if the a la carte menu is chosen.

    The Ritz London has a dress code in different areas of the hotel as follows: Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket and tie (jeans and sportswear are not permitted for either ladies or gentlemen) for Afternoon Tea and lunch and dinner in The Ritz Restaurant and The Ritz Room. In all other areas of the hotel (The Ritz Restaurant breakfast service, The Rivoli Bar, The Long Gallery, and the Cigar Lounge), smart casual attire is required. Please note that shorts, ripped jeans, trainers and sportswear are not permitted in any of the hotel’s restaurants or bars.
