London, Monday 23rd October 2023: In celebration of Christmas 2023, two of the world’s most iconic family brands, The Ritz London and Hamleys, The Finest Toy Shop in the World, today announce the return of a magical Christmas partnership in their mission to spread joy and magic to families this festive season.
For the second consecutive year, Father Christmas and his Hamleys’ elves are heading to 150 Piccadilly to train the official elf class of 2023 and they think you have what it takes! Guaranteed to make Christmas memories that last a lifetime, the exclusive Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto will take place from 8am to 8pm at The Ritz London from Wednesday 6th to Sunday 10th December 2023, inclusive.
The brand-new enchanting experience begins on arrival at The Ritz where guests will be greeted by one of Hamleys’ Elves, before being escorted by a Ritz Page through the hotel to the spectacular Christmas Grotto. The journey continues with Father Christmas’s delicious hot chocolate, guaranteed to have families in the festive spirit. This year’s theme of ‘A New Journey Through Christmas’ will take place over two thematic rooms to mesmerise everyone, where children will have the chance to talk all things Christmas with their House Elf, and take part in jolly Elf fun and games, ahead of their meeting with Father Christmas himself. Every child will depart with a gift, to continue the magic at home.
In proud collaboration with Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Ritz London and Hamleys are offering exclusive Santa sessions, each day, for children who have been under the care of GOSH.
The Hamleys x The Ritz London Christmas Grotto is strictly by appointment only for the 30-minute experience. Tickets are priced at £250 for three people, inclusive of at least one adult. Additional adults or children, up to a maximum of six people per ticket, are priced at £75 per person.
